Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed, once collected it is booked on express postage to major cities, please allow 1 - 3 days postage to major capitals and 3-4 day delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer. A $15 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $99. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $99 and will be applied at checkout. Standard shipping is $20 to New Zealand.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes Australia-wide using Australia Post.
When will I receive order?
We want you to have your order as fast as possible. On all business days orders before 1pm are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm are processed and dispatched next business day.
How does the warranty work?
If within 1 year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, YTOS. will replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge. This warranty excludes
What is YTOS shopping refund policy?
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
- Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
- Units not used in accordance with instructions;
- Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.
We provide a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@theytos.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at customersupport@theytos.com
