Returns policy

We provide a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@theytos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.

Once we issue the refund, it can take 3-5 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

Warranty Policy 

If within 12 months from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, YTOS. will replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.This warranty excludes

a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;

b. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;

c. Units not used in accordance with instructions;

d. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises.

When returning, all featured items (e.g. package box and accessories) must include in the eligible condition for return.
